THE PRODUCE STAND
We did our produce stand program for about a decade, in conjunction with the Farm Fresh Choice program of the Ecology Center that partnered with us. However we are not currently offering it, as we have had to narrow our focus in order to do our other programs even better.
The Produce Stand is a dependable and relied upon source of food for the local community. Our success has also enabled us to give more fresh, excess produce to our senior neighbors. Of all our programs, the Produce Stand has most successfully engaged our community. It meets an immediate need that draws people, who subsequently also visit the Nursery and Community Farm.
